Could've been an IDF missile, they are pretty indiscriminate.

Nothing, and because of the wars in Gaza and Iran. The Jewish community aren't exactly surprised that this has happened, following on from the high profile attacks we've seen in recent months.
Israeli settlers have injured at least 10 Palestinians, as well as smashing cars and setting fires, as they rampaged through villages in the West Bank.
