Hi,

I had some Amtico Spacia flooring fitted in my bathroom last week, and felt at the time that the fitter was a bit rushed. Looking at the work now, I'm not sure whether or not they have done a good job. There are gaps visible between tiles, and there is quite a big difference in variance in size between these gaps.

I've attached a few photos of the floor and would appreciate opinions on whether this is what the floor should look like or not. Is this acceptable?

When laying planks together without any glue on the floor, there is barely a line visible, but I'm not certain whether or not this is realistic?

Thanks.

The headers being that close together is wrong for a start. The LVT should be tight on the joints. What LVT is it and what adhesive was used.

I hadn't considered the headers, but now you mention it I agree with you there too.

The LVT is Amtico Spacia planks . As far as I know a pressure sensitive adhesive was used.

Any advice / suggestions appreciated.

Pressure sensitive is fine. Did the fitter supply the amtico? If bought online how was it stored? Let should be layed flat in storage not on end! I have seen this a few times and can happen with lvt. I'm sure the fitter will take out old planks and replace with new!
