Hi,

I am installing some laminate floors in my bed room. There are lots of cases that I need to cut the laminate floor at an angle or cut some depth in the middle of te laminate board. I have hand saw and a table circle saw. The hand saw just takes too long, and the table circle saw is quite difficult to use when I need to cut something in the middle.

I am wondering if I can buy a angle grinder (like this one from screwfix http://www.screwfix.com/p/energer-enb461grd-810w-4-angle-grinder-230-240v/89057) and use it to cut laminate floor?

As I can hold it, it will be much easier to use than my table saw and should be much quicker than my hand saw.

Is it right?

Many Thanks

For laminate i use a hand saw, hammer, floor laying tool, masking tape, a sharp stanley knife and a pencil......never had any probs and always end up with a perfect job.....i tried a jig saw once but it tore the edge to bits............a better jig saw might have done a better job though
