Angled back late elbow.? Wtf!

Fool that I am I fixed a back plate elbow to a plumb noggin, and proceeded to build shower.... All cement boarded in, tray fitted.... Only now I try the threaded outlet fitting to discover the thread is on about a 15 degree angle.

Annoying as hell.

You can get an adjustable wall outlet - I think it's aqualiser.
