Hi Again

Can I wire a gas hob, gas oven and extractor fan from a spur?

Thanks

I assume that the only electrical items on your hob and oven are low powered stuff like timers, ignition and lights. The total current for this lot plus the extractor should be well under 3 amps. I don't see a problem.

i can,

you cant spur from a spur
what if one goes "faulty" you loose the lot, what if you want / need to change one you have to remove others.

put each on a separate FCU (all fed from another FCU's load side) which is on the ring
or better still put in 3 sockets (in the ring) and pug them all in

Is what's described a "spur from a spur"?

What's unsafe about, for example, 1 FCU with 3 outgoing cables?

That's a fair point, but if he's prepared to live with the inconvenience..
