Photo not very successful flash bounces back off shiny surface and without flash not enough detail. The screw heads look like a rivet head with a sort of star shape inset. I'm sure a tool is available but the instruction booklet says it must be installed by a "Approved Specialist" so I have a feeling I may be stumped!!
Neff appliances need Torx screwdrivers , cant tell you the size but rprobably a No 10 or 20. Easiest to buy a few of the 1/4 hex bits and a driver to take them, you will need then for the front trim as well and also to fit doors to integrated Dishwasher if you have one.
