This has driven me mad for the past two hours!
Whistling noise started all of a sudden, my initial thought was give the rad a quick bleed! To no avail
I then thought check t'internet .... all the answers are there. After two hours spent trawling sites for similar problems and solutions,
turning down trv's and lockshields etc etc .... i have discovered the solution to my radiators whining noise and absolutely none of you have been any use whatsoever!
So to all you expert plumbers and central heating engineers out there, the next time this problem is presented to you try this solution!
Go into the box next to the radiator .... remove the childs toy car with the dud batteries ..... remove said batteries .... PROBLEM SOLVED
