Hi guys,
I was going to title this thread ‘ help required with filling in a hole’ but decided against it ;)
I’ve cleared an area of roughly 8ft x 7 ft, with the intention of putting a 6x6 summer house on it. It’s now excavated to about 10” below finished level, and I’ve concreted in slabs vertically to act as ‘ mini retaining wall’ on the 2 sides that don’t already have one …………
I’d appreciate advice and comments on :-
1. I plan to fill most of it with type 1 - do I need to whack it down, or is that overkill ?
2. What’s best for under the shed base to level it ? As drainage obvs isn’t an issue, will I get away with just using 3x3 treated posts at 90deg to floor bearers?

Opinions/ideas/comments gratefully received
