I think you need to give a bit more detail about what you're actually trying to achieve

hi sorry about that, i would ideally like a vanity unit but would be happy with close coupled set up, thanks again.

Looks like the toilet/connector has been refitted in the past but either way the L shaped connector could probably be replaced with a suitable plastic push fit type pan connector. There is some flexibility with the placement of the WC but I would guess you could box it in and provide a made to measure vanity unit.

But you really need a plumber to advise on all this after a site visit

There are back to wall pans that have a long projection and a spigot housed a fair distance from the wall that are designed to cover this situation. Have a look on Wickes website as I've used one of those before to get fully back to wall whilst covering a floor waste outlet.

View their close-coupled pans and refine the search using depth - they have some that are 700mm +

hi thanks for the replies i think i am sorted now with regards to getting the pipe reworked just a quick question with regards to toilet pans, is there a standard height for the soil outlet? as looking at some close coupled set ups, some of the centres for the soil pipe are 145mm and others are 180mm, thanks again for your advice.

There's no standard these days with imports from all over the world. You need to have finished floor level and the pan on site to be absolutely sure.
