Anti downdraft cowl

Hope this is the right forum ;)

Getting quite a downdraft (but only on occasion) into my wood-burning stove. It's not all the time because the flue has been cleaned and only happens when the wind picks up.

So to the question, what is the best sort of cowl to stop these downdrafts, as some seem to be amazingly expensive and others such as the spinning type seem to be much cheaper.

As far as I know the only guaranteed way to stop down draughts is an O-H chimney pot.
 
Do you have tall trees nearby or a tall building?
Google anti downdraught cowl.
