Any advice on Screed?

I have been advised that screed is a good solution for a 26m floor which is uneven in one of my properties. All part of the underfloor heating work.
Usually, I let the builders just get on with it as I am no DIY guy.
I am a tad curious before I allow that.
Anyone had experience with new screed work? I know it is used a lot but I have never had to oversee it until now.
As i hear from traders, I will ask if anyone knows of them.

A bit more information would be helpful.

what depth screed are you requiring and is it going over concrete oversite.

are you having floor insulation as well or just screed for levelling

The depth is being discussed and yes, underfloor heating insulation will be the case.
I have been advised on other forums to try a few suppliers but I cannot get any reviews from anywhere.
Are you a trader? Or do you know anything about these guys,
