Any comments on these drains?

Thanks. In this case the stub stack is external and I'll vent it, which I think solves that issue?
 
It wont be a stub stack then. ;) A stub stack is just that, short stub, needs to finish above the spillover level of the highest appliance connected, (usually the basin), but often see them level with the top of the WC cistern...

If you're venting it, i.e. open to atmosphere, it'll need to go full height of the building to above the height of any openable windows, vents or roof line.
 
Yes true sorry. I would vent it at the top of the building above any windows. Thanks for all the advice I don't think I'm a million miles off now and will discuss with bco when he's round
