Long screws under the chrome dome end caps.

But how do I get to the screws. The cap seems to be a sealed unit.

Most just prise off with a small screwdriver
Use your fingernail, can you see /feel a small gap.

Do you mean prise the pole out of the holes? Otherwise won’t be able to pull cap off.

Conertrate on the 2 dome caps!
They we be removeable either prise them off or at a long shot they might be screwed on.

Some of these rail end caps are secured via a concealed Allen grub screw (underneath the bottom end cap and on top of the top end cap).
