I came to switch on my heating, and the boiler appears to come on, but my water and heating don't get hot. The pilot light appears to be lit, but the pipes just dont heat up. Its a Glow-worm Complheat. I don't have a manual for it. Any ideas what could be wrong?

i have no idea what so ever, but those who know will ask, do the main gas burners come on?
Can you hear, feel the pump running?
does any water come from the hot taps, is it a trickle, or does it gush out.
Has anything changed if so what (eg has it been serviced?)
anything else you may think of as relevant

Could it be the diverter valve? everything seems to be firing up, but nothing coming out.
