Anyone aby experiance with the wicks low level cisten

Just fitted this, instructions missing from box (typical)

Anyway, toilet and cistern are in and no leaks.

But it only flushed while I hold either of the dual flush buttons down, as soon as I take my finger off, it stops. I presume its not designed that way?


Water filling up to correct level.

Any advice please?

At least it's a powerful flush unlike my previous much more expensive close coupled Roca toilet.

Fixed it.

In the cistern there's two different bits that get pushed down, one for each button.

Pressing either of these and it flushed properly without needing to hold it down.

So I adjusted the plastic screws on the cistern lids buttons to make them a few mm longer, and it all works fine
