I have a SE26N250GB and the door flops down in a very floppy way, as if the counterbalance springs are too weak.
I have had it looked at, the engineer couldn't see anything wrong and thought it was just built that way. I complained and they are coming back to try changing the hinges, but say if that doesn't help, it's my hard luck and there's nothing wrong with it.
I have had a friend feel it, and says it is too floppy, and I have tried dishwashers in other peoples' homes, and they feel better than mine.
I have had several dishwashers before, always Bosch which is the same company, so I know what they usually feel like.
So I would be interested to know if anyone else has this model or had a similar experience.
