Anyone know what these patches are?

Hi all!

I just bought my house back in July, had an independent damp survey done which showed fairly high moisture readings but no signs of damp and no action to be taken. House wasn't lived in for 9 months prior to me moving in.

Since moving in and having the heating on once these small patches have appeared under my window. Am I right in thinking they could be condensation? The house (terraced 100yrs old) is humid so wondering if it's the heating meeting a cold wall? I've also posted a photo of the other side of the wall.
