hi everyone this pipe is exposed in our basement and i am wondering if it is anything to worry about
Its hemp or hair felt pipe lagging....its applied like a tubular bandage.
Still available! I've never seen any asbestos in mine, the house was built in 1960.

If you are worried, or about to commence building work. I suggest that you get an asbestos survey done, is the house 1960s?
