Anyone recognise this dual flush unit?

My dual flush unit has broken. I thought it would be a simple swap with this one:

Unfortunately it's too narrow (65mm diameter) and doesn't fit. My old one is about 80mm diameter. You can see the old one and the cistern it came out of here.

Does anyone recognise it and know where to get one? I've looked online everywhere and can't see anything similar. Thanks.

Not sure if this will help you. If no markings on the old syphon with brand markings ect then just replace the lot if you can get one to fit. Some fittings are from unknown manufacturers supplied with toilet.
Just added insulation to inside of our cistern to stop condensation and replaced both the inlet and syphon.
Good for years I hope.

It may come to that but I wanted to avoid doing so if possibe as a simple swap out is only the work of a few seconds.

If I were to fit everything new, would I need all the parts you see in the following photo as well as the push button unit, to ensure it all works to the correct height?

Also, the central unit with the overflow seen below is held firmly in place. Will this need any special tools to remove or just brute force? Does it also need to be siliconed back in?

take it to a plumbers merchants, NOT DIY shop - I have taken a couple into and they have identified and given me a replacement that fits and works

Are the two i have used , often been in with a bit , and they have found a suitable replacement, as i say 2 cistern parts - which had the quickfit turn to take in/out
