Does anyone recognise these cockspur wedges. If so, are they still available.

I tried image searching. Have not found that handle so far. That's apart from one picture of the same handle on a locksmith's Trust a Trader page, but it looked like the old handle, not the replacement.

It may be worth taking off the wedge to check the fitting pin distance between centres. They're often 31mm. If so, you can probably then just measure the thickness of your wedge and order a replacement. Cheap to try at least.
 
Being cockspur its likely around 40 years old so I doubt you'll find an exact match now and it'll be profile specific too, I don't think it necessarily needs to be a corner type wedge though when a flat one will likely do the same job, just the right thickness you need
