Anyone understand Bosch dishwasher model numbers?

Hi All

I'm after an integrated full size dishwasher and think I'm going to plump for a Bosch. Which Magazine give the SGV46M13GB a good review (though not quite a 'best buy'). They haven't reviewed the SGV53E33GB but the specs are pretty similar and I can get that one with better delivery terms, although more or less the same price.

Can anyone explain what the differences are between the models? Do they really matter? Is there likely to be an difference in ease of obtaining spares in the future?

The SGV53E33GB has a black control panel & no delay start timer, the SGV46M13GB has a silver control panel and does have the DST.
