I've just applied applied the final coat using a Bona roller and still get an orange peel affect. Before I applied lacquer, floor smoothed down using 400 grit paper and looked good. I seemed to get a smoother finish cutting in using a brush. Any advice on how to get a smooth finish with the roller or should I be using something else for final coat?. Room temperature was 22C ( within 18-25C range).

So is it a foam roller or woolen one. Perhaps a different one might be worth trying. Might be better asking in the painting section

It's the recommended Bona microfibre roller to use with the Bona Mega Lacquer - I am tempted to use something else but not sure what. Paint brush is good but will take ages to cover a 15ft x 13ft room
