Went to one yesterday.

Start/stop and boost lights constantly glowing blue on arrival but no water flow.

Pushing buttons caused noise from processor above in loft but no flow.

Removed shower head and tried again no joy.

Went into loft and removed and cleaned filters. There was an obstruction in the nozzle, in front of the filter for the cold inlet. Tested flow from isolators to hot and cold feed.
Removed and reinserted control cable and rebooted unit several times.

Still no joy and only difference is processor now emits no noises when pushing buttons.

Whole shower controls and hose encrusted with limescale.

Only thing I didn't do was remove the hose which I may go and try today.

I think the blockage in the cold inlet may have cause pump, motor to burn out.

Any other suggestions?

Cheers

Use a multimeter to assess whether power is supplied to pump? If it is, but pump does not run, suspect pump fault. If it is not, suspect control system instead?

Switching power on and the unit makes the usual "priming" noises. But yes, may revisit today and get the mm on it.

I think maybe it's scaled up and the rubber hose has imploded... Why I want to remove the hose and recheck!

Yes remove hose , I didn't know that triton showers need the correct hose otherwise the safety valve can blow

Do remove the hose. I have had it when the rubber has clapsed.

I do have a couple of units that I've taken out of working showers. If your down my way I'll you could try them .

Lol.
Went back today to change a leaking male thread drain cock and the shower now works!

Must have let water through after I unblocked the cold feed!

At a guess?

It's at a church so maybe Father Agbor had a little prayer last night that he could be clean in front of the congregation and his prayer was answered???

Lol
