Its a high tech mixer shower as far as I know but it has a bit of persistent drip at the shower head when off.

The electrical control box has hot and cold water feeds and a single water pipe out to the shower unit.

Presumably the water shut off will be in the control box so do I have to disassemble that and service whatever valve it has to fix the drip?

I also noticed the flow control on the shower unit doesn't control the water flow between the shower head and two lower horizontal nozzles properly.

Looks like a very old unit. They aren't really user serviceable, you either need a new control box or there are companies out there who will refurbish yours if you can do without it for a few days

To cure the dripping, requires stripping the pump unit to clean and lube the discs in mixer.
Try Utube.

It appears to only have a processor and the label on it states no serviceable parts.

The water flow dial on the shower itself doesn't work either. Supplies only the shower head if the dial is fully right.

I'm considering fitting a Mira mixer shower instead. About £150 at Screwfix.

I tried using the turn off valves in the hot/cold flexi pipes but the hot has a leak and the flexi to coupler seal.

I'll blank the hot/cold feeds off and fit a new shower in due course.

To many issues with this shower. Aqualisa's opinion on the processor not shutting the water off when stopped is that a new processor is needed.

It's going to be getting on for around 20 years old so it's done well
