aquatronic powershower, identifying problem

hi, im trying to find out who made this shower and a direct replacement for it, as it is only allowing tepid water through and has developed a small leak inside.
it says aquatronic power mixer on it, with a green wavy line over the text, but nothing else. (i know, thats not realy helpful) its a good few years old. some say mira, some say, triton or wicks.
i have a picture but cant figure out how to upload it :-/ greatful for any advise. [/img]

Aquatronic is a triton model, sold by wickes.

Is it the manual or thermostatic version ?
Where is the leak from ?

Has the water issue always been like it or over a period of time ?
