Are these cracks bad?

Hi, I've got a few walls with these small hairline cracks going horizontal and diagonal. The old plaster had blown so took it back and there was more plaster with these hairline cracks when I put a hole where the cracks meet the mortar comes out and I can see the brick. Is this a concern is it structural?
Any help please

Probably just bodged repairs, take back to brick and replaster or over board and skim .
