Are Victoria Plumb Taps Good Quality?

I have seen a Crosswater tap for £185 ob their site, but I think I can get it cheaper, see link:

I have also seen the following near identical tap on victoriaplumb at a hugely cheaper price:

Are the Victoria Plumb taps good quality or would I notice the difference between that and the crosswater one? Opinions please - sorry if I have not hyperlinked these properly

Buy cheap, buy twice.

I've checked out reviews of VP in the past.
Quite impressive. You wouldn't think anyone could be so consistantly cr@p.
