You forget that in the 1990s we had interest rates in double digits and that people could find themselves in negative equity easily.

My statement that it’s possible for ordinary working people to buy a home. Is correct. Millions of people have managed it. Of course you can pretend I said something else or you can change the argument and ask new questions.

I was surprised how quickly he gave up on the reasonable force discussion. I guess even he can’t run 100 pages with overwhelming evidence proving him wrong.
