A lady with little English said "not working ****WTF*** take this off(burner) (gesticulates) fire here, here, here" my guess is burner had locked out the EE removes the burner and resets it, you can see the rest.
I asked where the man was who burnt it, she said "He'll be back" Arnie?

Luckily for them the power lead came out.
