Ok,

I'll spare you the details, but had a spark out twice to try and find where the fault is he has confirmed this:

We have an intermittant trip

The 'trip' is on the kitchen circuit

Its not the fridge or freezer (cos i have plugged them into an extension socket and plugged into corridor circuit)

The fuse is now out of the kitchen circuit and nothing trips

The only other appliances on the circuit are, Microwave, Toaster, small tv, kids sterilser, phone and broadband.

The oven and cooker are on separate circuit.

The spark tested EVERYTHING and said all is ok with appliances.

When we turned on the oven last time (whilst everything was on) it tripped the whole electricity.

I havent a clue about electricity, but we have moved the other applances into living room, but none of them are tripping when turned on. Which seems to confirm that everything is ok with appliances.

My question is, what would cause the trip to go, is it the extra load on the circuit when most things are on? If so what could cause this?

Please help me.

From what you have said it sounds like it could be your oven.
A faulty element would cause it to trip.
Did your spark test the oven elements?

Ovens are very prone to earth leakages which would cause a trip, for this reason, they are normally connected to the NON-rcd side of the consumer unit

What is tripping? Can you upload a picture of it?

A couple of questions,

How old is the install?
Do you have suspended wooden floors downstairs?
Have you had any heavy rain or flooding in the area?
Do you have any outdoor electricity supplied by this circuit?
Can you get access under the floorboards to inspect any hidden junctions?

The cooker and oven dont trip when on (without the kitchen circuit fuse in).

it only seems to go when I have everything on (kitchen circuit) and then we put the oven on, it will go after hour or even up to 10 hours.

Not by this circuit, but on a diff circuit, which the spark disconnected to eliminate it

No
evidently, since you dont have suspended wooden floors

I asked the above, because we had heavy rain this morning, and its penetrated the foundations and flooded the void down below. Theres a junction box in the void which is now underwater :( We never knew the JB existed until it flooded last time (i meant to lift it out and fasten it to the joists but forgot)

Do you know if your electrician carried out any insulation tests to your installation?
