I see the racist in chief has been caught out lying again...
garbage claims “one million people living in this country don’t speak any English at all”.
In fact the last figures came out as "161,000 people in England and Wales “could not speak English at all”
Probably far less than the number of 'ex pats' who don't speak the local lingo...
After all if a person speaks two languages they are bilingual, and if a person speaks three languages then they are trilingual.
But what do you generally call a person who speaks only one language - English!

Anyway.. lets not be like Farage eh and be absolutely factual shall we? He was arguably speaking as a Barrister would giving half truths, the fact being the other 880k making up his million claim 'could not speak English well', (you accidentally forgot to mention them didn't you, they weren't relevant were they??) Anyway, what does 'not speak english well' equate to, i think we've come across many of them, and that i guess doesn't include the illiterate indigenous English who can't even differentiate between your and you're, but lets not be <stickinyourweaponisedword>'ist towards them as well.
Lets also be clear these stats were from a 2021 census, and how many more not speak or not speak well have poured in ('in a rush before the gates close!') via Ferries,boats,air travel in the meantime since then? He's possibly not far.... off can you believe it!! The low down lying deviant that he is shock horror!
According to the 2021 census, external:
- 161,000 people in England and Wales “could not speak English at all” - about 0.3% of the population
- 880,000 people (1.5% of the population) “could not speak English well"
Go sit down, drink a Camomile tea print this pic out and chant this mantra, it does get better i promise x

He's chosen not to be a contributor at all. He's also chosen not to contribute in an business activity sense to the UK economy.

I’m on holiday with a bunch of (white English) scaffolders, and their English is appalling.
I see Fromage is just as big a liar as Ratcliffe.
The beauty of the English language is that you can speak it badly but still be understood...
The downside is that the lack of rules makes speaking it perfectly a difficult thing to achieve!
One wonders how well garbage's German goes down with the locals?
