Ariston a23 Boiler CH working, but shuts down!

Hi I have a Ariston a23 mffi and is quite a few years old,
The central heating starts fine but when it gets up to temp it shuts down, and doesn't start up, unless you turn on the hot water.
it has a new Diverter valve, New power PCB, New auto air vent, new temp probe, and both exchangers have been flushed.

Any ideas?
