Ariston Boiler pressure

Hi all

Help!!

I have an Ariston Microcombi 23 MFFI. My hot water and central is not working. The pressure is on zero but when i try to re-pressurise with the filing loop the water seams to by-pass the Boiler and run straight out the over flow pipe (pressure builds up and is vented out) and the pressure gauge does not move.
