I've got a 30FFHE.
Only had 130units of gas through it in 1 year so can't comment on reliability but seems ok. Can set hot water temp and central heating temp but possibly can do this on newer boilers?
Mechanical timer failed recently, known fault, plastic trim too close to dial so causes it to stick, changed under 5 year warranty.
Customer service folks first class, they actually know what they are talking about and very helpful.

Yes, I agree about their customer service. When I was installing these, if I had a problem, the girl on the switchboard used to recognise my voice, and get their serviceman there the next day. He always fixed it at the first visit.
