Am I able to get hold of the washers on the spindle (part 362), please?

I know I can get the whols spindle unit but I don't need it all (I think).

usually for that leak,a dhw service kit is used and a new dhw demand switch fixing clip will be required.All on ebay

Just get the repair kit,should cost less than £30 (delivered).

The actual leaky part is available as a spare for around £4 but the spindle that passes through it could be worn and leak water after fitting and youl be back to square 1.

Hello all again.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have only just been able to fix the leak by replacing the part 362 (see page 1 of this thread).

Thank you all, for helping me sort the leak.

But unfortunately, there is a drip coming out the other side, where part 363 is, now!!

In the bottom picture you can just see a drop of water coming out. Just below the bottom screw.

If you look at part 364, the furthest right part has a thread one side and 3 screws the other end.

What are these screws for please?

Do I have to drain the system to remove the old part (362) to install the new part please?

Please can someone instruct me on how to remove the left hand side so I can be able to replace the part 363, that is leaking?

Does the system have to be emptied before starting the repair please?
