When drawing either dhw or ch the combi boiler runs between 1min to 20mins then shutsdown repeatedly then attempts to fire up again. There are no warning lights on the boiler to show whats causing the fault. But when the taps are drawing dhw it is very luke warm, although the boiler shows that the temperature is between 70-80. The boiler pressure is between 1bar and 1.5bar. I have noticed water droplets underneath the circulation pump. The boiler is approx's 7-8 years old. This is the first time i had a problem with the boiler. When topping up the ch system i have noticed small amounts of scale in the flexy hose, so could their be scale in the primary heat exchanger. Should this be the first thing i attempt to clean and see whether it makes a difference, or are there other things that i should be looking at.
