Ariston vs varem

Hi all,

I ordered an Ariston expansion vessel off Amazon and it arrived ok with invoice stating Aristotle etc but the label on the product said Varem?

it this the same company/product?

Screwfix sell it for £61 and this was £25 so was cheap but didn’t t include the 2 way valve shown here.

At the end of the day will it do the same job?
