I am replacing a noisy drum bearing on this machine I have removed the pulley and the 8 screws retaining the 4 legs of the spider. I am looking for tips on how to pull the spider off the drum shaft.

if the drum is metal a little but of heat and some elbow grease and a claw hammer to pull. it will budge, perserverance is the order of the day and don't let it win
