Armoured Cable needed

I am aware of that, however I would still suggest that it is incorrect to put the amendment date as 2011 rather than 2013 if it has been designed since then.
If one put "2013", one would be using a form of words for the declaration which was non-compliant with what is currently specified by BS7671 ('as amended', whenever).

Kind Regards, John

Given that Amendment No. 2 (2013) is obviously an Amendment, I would suggest that failure to amend the declarations in it was an oversight. Therefore I would still suggest that it is not correct to state that it is as Amended to 2011.

You don't seem to have understood what I said. Although called an 'Amendment', Amendment 2 is really an 'addendum' - it just consists of a few pages, consisting just of the new section 722, relating to electric vehicle charging points. It contains no forms or declarations, so there was no opportunity to 'amend the declarations' in it (or to fail to amend them 'by oversight').
Therefore I would still suggest that it is not correct to state that it is as Amended to 2011.
As above, nothing since 2011 has contained any declarations, so to make a personal decision to change the wording of the declaration would technically be a non-compliance with the most recent version of the regs that specified such wording. In any event, I imagine that most people used printed/downloaded forms, and they all mention only the 2011 Amendment.

Kind Regards, John
