Me too. If they feel they do need something there are some about 15mm.
When Weve installed AV type kit, it's often in refurbs etc and it's quite normal for the main electrical contractor to be compulsory for our EM work, more than once we've been snagged for penny washers and have to sort it ourselves.

As I understand it from my 'boss' the inspector returned to the property several months back and tried to explain to the tenants the points raised on his EICR have to be completed, she had the sense to ring their landlord or agent who came round and took charge. I have no idea what happened and I believe that may be the case with my boss too.
