We're trying to move into a new house in the Halesowen area. We've had a survey of the new property. One of the issues raised is that the central heating system needs to be replaced.
This isn't an issue as we could see this from our viewings. However subsequent to this the flue pipe to the current boiler is asbestos.
Does anyone know of any companies that could quote to replace the current system and remove the asbestos flue?
Should this be done seperately or can one company do both?
