Aspirante wireless shower no pressure

Hi, I’ve got a wireless aspirante shower, was working fine, then next time I turned it on red low pressure light flashing, but no water low. Any suggestions please?

It suggests in the manual to change the batteries

I remember my plumber who installed it said about a battery, but i can’t find where the battery is.... & he’s no longer trading, I have tried google, but no luck

Thank you, I’ve changed those batteries - still says low pressure & no water flow
