hi, sorry for the delay in respone.
low pressure light NOT on.
check there power to the shower, power 240v.
therm cut out has continuty, so OK.
am think its the solenoid valve, checked it for resistance and it has none (O.L reading, no resistance on my multimeter) so am i right in thinking it broke ?

you said you had low pressure not no water.
are you getting a water flow ?

you should have a low pressure light on.

no water flow/open circuit reading on solenoid id's a knackered solenoid coil.

what model aspirante is it ?

cheers for that.
ill buy a new solenoid and let you know how i get on.
there is no Low Pressure light on though!!!!

what one their is about six different ones

Aspirante
Aspirante Electronic
Aspirante Millennium
Aspirante Remote
Aspirante Topaz
Aspirante XR

so it's the early one
two dials vertical, start/stop button at bottom.
no pcb inside.
just power/low pressure light on front.

that correct ?

go for the coil and clean the inlet filter at same time.

but god knows why your low pressure didn't come up.
if i remember isn't the low pressure a marker with green/orange sticker on and not a neon ?

like this one
