Hi all. Just back from holiday to no hot water. Tried looking at the manual and quick search online but cannot find a quick answer/fix.

The error says:
"ERROR 90 OEM ERROR"

Any pointers on what the error is would be greatly appreciated

I'd guess at a PCB fault. It's under warranty (assuming you've had it serviced annually as required) so call them out to it. 0800 680 0100. Would be interested to know what the issue turns out to be

That doesn’t look like the display panel for an iS24!

Can you post a couple more pics and perhaps of the manual?

OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer usually, so that’s a bit odd as part of the error code.

All - many thanks for your comments. I was obviously in a bit of a post-holiday blur but all of your comments above are very relevant.

The boiler is in a dark cupboard and has two displays... the one lit up (that was pictured) and another without a back light... the one that was not lit up was showing the error code for low pressure. Topped it up that afternoon and all working again fine...

I even managed to confused my plumber for a short while by sending the OEM error code....

Thanks again
