Hi New to the site sorry if this has been covered before. I am renovating a property, which involves knocking out an interior brick wall and fitting a concrete lintle then putting in French doors. My question is how do I fit timber door liner to the concrete lintle. It was always my understanding your not supposed to screw into them so that puts frame fixing screws out. Cheers for help all.

Why not use mechanical fixings in the sides and use ex-foam for the header.
Drill away it will make no difference.
Now...I do like the sound of that....
