Hi Guys

I may have posted in wrong place so apologies.

At present i have them wide TV cabinets below my TV with my Receiver/Amp, SKY plus and a PC

I am thinking to move the AMp and sky box to a different location at back of my room.

I am looking for a cabinet, that has doors but is wide and depth enough to fit the AMP. I dont want those wide ones as want it small as possible but at same time enough to fit my amp, sky and small slim line PC

anyone bought these recently?

Firstly "Not looking for something expensive " is really too vague to be of any use. If you've already done the research and found that a bespoke piece of furniture in a style that appeals to you would cost £800+, then not expensive could mean £400. Alternatively you might have been to Ikea and seen something like the Besta cabinets for under £60 that look okay but just aren't deep enough and set your budget at the same sort of mark.

Second, furniture is very personal. Styles that appeal to you might not be my cup of tea and vice versa.

What it boils down to is this; the bit of furniture you're looking for is very niche. Unlike the front of room TV cabinets designed to have a telly placed on top of them this thing you want is no use for that. Straight away then that limits the market size. Next, AV Receivers (if that's what you actually have) are fairly deep devices. Once all the connections are made at the back the cabinet needs to be at least 50cm deep, and it has to be open at the back for ventilation. That makes the cabinet quite specific to a certain application. This kind of specialisation rules out the sort of volume manufacture that brings the sort of low prices that average front-of-room TV cabinets have.

What all this means is that you're going to search the web yourself for something that appeals to you and that's the right depth. When you do you'll then have to pay a chunk of cash for it. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I've been down this road so many times with my customers.

To give you some ideas then here's some links:
