Average life expectancy of Baxi combi boilers? Any advice appreciated!

How long will a Baxi combi last if it's properly maintained?

Emmisons regs are changing almost yearly... no manufacturers will invest in producing a boiler to last for 20 years!

Judging by the context of your recent threads... (i.e: will your copper pipe last another xx years) you appear to be "wondering" quite a bit!

Impossible to quantify those savings though!
It's only a saving until it becomes a spend.

Edit: twas I who said 50 years could still see copper in good condition... I didn't say ALL copper looks good after 50 years nor that it will last 50 years.

I also advised you that it's sometimes worth the extra spend on renewing whlst the opportunity is there... It will cost a lot more if just one joint fails when the rooms are closed up and furnished.
