Azura 360 & veritas 8 strobe fault

You need to be there to check again properly.
Did you fit the battery?
Did you make the sounder SCB?
You need to see it and describe it as it is.

The flashing leds show it is wired correctly.
But something isnt right thats for sure.
 
Your not there now, was it left working?
If not you have to inspect it again and check.
