Babes in arms at the olympics

I

did anyone see the BBC news this morning, with the report that women who've bought tickets for the Olympics and since become pregnant won't be allowed to take their babies with them to the event they've got tickets for. Even though the babies won't need a seat. One argument (from the one woman on the show) was that they'll be constantly crying.

It seems various other companies, airlines etc cater for "babes in arms"...

Are the Olympic organisers right or wrong?

(interestingly they get a woman from Mumsnet on to comment - oh i hope they don't eer have a DIY related news story !! )

The cost of the Olympics is nothing. We borrow more than that month in month out year in and year out.

Just been announced that it's now 5 times that nothing.
Bloody waste of time, money and effort.
