Back Boiler issue

I have just moved in to my new house and it has an open fire with back boiler. My wish is to put in a wood burning stove and connect it to the back boiler which will then heat the house via underfloor heating pipes. My first question is can this be done and secondly does anybody know a good illustration digram as to how this would be laid out
